Color House Denver — the name says it all — is looking for an experienced commission stylist with a passion for color who's ready to grow their clientele in a space that's built for it. If you've got 2+ years behind the chair and you're craving a salon that will actually support your growth, you're in the right place. What You’ll Walk Into

Picture a 3,100 square foot former garage transformed into a salon that actually feels good to be in. Moody black ceilings, warm ambient lighting, blush and mauve seating, string lights, an open color bar, a beverage bar, plants everywhere, and artwork by Frank Roth on the walls. It's the kind of place clients come in tense and leave looking like themselves again, just better.

We've been building this since 2011, and the culture here matches the space: down-to-earth, collaborative, and genuinely dog-friendly. But more than the vibe — this is a team-based salon. We help each other. If you need a hand on a formulation, an extra set of eyes on a technique, or just someone to grab foils while you're mid-application, that's just how we work here. No competition, no egos, just people who actually like each other doing good work together.

We also use Calura by Oligo — an ammonia and PPD-free color line — alongside Wella and Danger Jones. If you've spent years working with harsh chemicals and your body knows it, this matters. It matters for your clients too.

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed cosmetologist in the state of Colorado

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience behind the chair

  • Any specialty welcome — color, cuts, extensions, you name it

  • Genuine passion for the craft and for the client experience

  • Someone who shows up for the team, not just their own chair
